Enabling Rewards for a District

Rewards must be enabled for a district before learners can redeem their rewards points. This is set in the Branding tab within General Configuration > District Settings.

There are three additional settings you can make:

  • Rewards Program Name - The name of the rewards program as it appears to learners
  • Allowed Groups - Populate this with groups that you wish to have access to the rewards program. Only groups listed here will have access to rewards.
  • Restricted Groups - Populate this with groups that you do not wish to have access to rewards. Groups listed here will not see rewards.

Navigate to the Branding tab in District settings

Scroll down to Enable Rewards Program
