How do learners add events to their calendars?

As a learner, you can export any Alludo event directly to your personal calendar — no copy-pasting links or manually entering details required.

  1. Find the event on your org or course calendar.
  2. Click Add to Calendar on the event card.
  3. Choose your calendar app: Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.
  4. The event opens in your calendar app with the title, date, time, time zone, and location link already filled in.
  5. Save the event in your calendar app.
