Managing Orders

Managing orders received from points redeemers is done in the Orders section of the rewards program.

Click Orders in Rewards Program Management

View Orders

All of the orders and their states are contained within the orders list. There are four order states: new, delivered, refunded, and legacy. 

  • New is for newly submitted orders
  • Delivered is for orders that have been delivered.
  • Refunded is for orders that were refunded.
  • Legacy shows orders from the Alludo store and is presented for historical purposes.

Managing Individual Orders

Click on the order number to view individual order details. To change the order status, select a new state and click on update. Note, you can manage individual orders in this fashion but it is recommended that you use the Fulfillment section to manage order state.

Export Orders

To export your orders list into a google sheet or comma separated file, click on Export Google Sheet or Export CSV.
