Fulfilling Orders

Managing fulfillment of orders is best performed in the Fulfillment section of Rewards Program Management

While you can manage fulfillment from within an order, it is much more efficient to manage fulfillment with the Fulfillment section. On the fulfillment tab each order is presented with the address of the points redeemer, the individual order items, and notes for the order.

You can mark several orders delivered at once by selecting the items and clicking on the Deliver Selected button.

You can export a fulfillment list by exporting to a google sheet or CSV.
